Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the handcrafted and custom-made nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will gladly assist in the following circumstances.

Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements may be considered if:

  • You receive a damaged item

  • You receive an incorrect item

  • Your order arrives with a manufacturing defect

To be eligible, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made orders

  • Personalized orders

  • Garments that have been altered, worn, or damaged after delivery

  • Orders produced using customer-provided measurements

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has commenced, cancellation requests may not be accepted, as materials and production resources will have already been allocated to your order.
